LUHANSK. May 18 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian military on Thursday again disrupted a disengagement attempt in the Stanytsia Luhanska area, Mikhail Filiponenko, acting head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic militia, said on Thursday.
"In the course of today's disengagement attempt, the LPR demonstrated readiness for withdrawal by firing a white rocket, but no reaction from the Ukrainian side followed," the Luhansk Information Center quoted Filiponenko as saying.
"The Ukrainian command has thus disrupted the disengagement," he said.
