DPR loses 4 servicemen dead, 4 injured, in addition to 8 injured civilians over past week - Basurin

DONETSK. May 26 (Interfax) - Four Donbas militiamen have been killed and another four suffered injuries in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), in addition to eight civilians who have been wounded in attacks over the past week, Eduard Basurin of the DPR Defense Ministry said on Friday.

"The DPR armed forces lost four men killed and another four injured. The Ukrainian army continues to shell residential areas in our republic. Eight civilians were injured in Ukrainian attacks over the past week," Basurin said.

The Ukrainian army committed 378 truce breaches in that period, he said.

"The Ukrainian army shelled 31 populated localities, inflicting damage on 61 homes," Basurin said.
