KOROLYOV. June 16 (Interfax) - The Progress MS-06 resupply ship has docked with the International Space Station (ISS) on Friday afternoon.
It was a two-day journey, an Interfax correspondent reported from the Mission Control Center in Korolyov, Moscow region.
The ship automatically docked with the Zvezda service module under the control of specialists from the principal task force of the Mission Control Center supervising the ISS Russian segment and Russian astronaut Fyodor Yurchikhin.
The ship delivered about 2.5 tonnes of cargo to the ISS, including dry cargo, fuel in tanks for orbital correction engines and the refueling system, water, pressurized gas, and research equipment, including the Tanyusha-YuGZU, Sfera-53 and TNS-O2 nano-satellites.
