TBILISI. July 4 (Interfax) - Tbilisi will express discontent with South Ossetia's actions on the border at the next meeting of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) due to be held in the village of Ergneti on July 11.
South Ossetia has installed another 'border banner' near the village of Bershueti in the Gori district, the Georgian Security Service said on Tuesday.
As a result, several local residents found part of their land plots on the other side of the border, it said.
The Georgian Security Service called the South Ossetian conduct illegal and said it "was not only limiting fundamental rights of local residents but also doing harm to security on the ground."
Georgian media outlets said earlier on Tuesday with reference to members of the Gori district administration that South Ossetia had resumed border demarcation works and moved 500 meters into Tbilisi-held territory.
