ASTANA. July 4 (Interfax) - Participants in the Syria talks in Astana are currently trying to reach an agreement on the northern and the southern de-escalation areas, a source close to the negotiations told Interfax.
"At this point, firm agreements have been achieved on Eastern Ghouta and Homs. There are still differences on the northern and the southern [areas]. That's what we are discussing right now," the source said.
"All differences [on the area] near Al-Rastan have been resolved," the source added.
