LUHANSK. July 7 (Interfax) - A second explosion occurred in central Luhansk not far from the site of the first explosion on Friday, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
The LPR law enforcement agencies told Interfax, citing tentative information, that a car had exploded. There is currently no precise information on casualties.
