MINSK. Aug 21 (Interfax) - A meeting of Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov and U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker in Minsk has had a working nature, an informed source told Interfax.
"The meeting was restrained and had rather a working, introductory nature. The parties listened to each other closely and with respect," the source said.
