MOSCOW. Aug 21 (Interfax-AVN) - The separate maritime assault aviation regiment began scheduled tactical flight drills in the Black Sea Fleet in Monday, Black Sea Fleet spokesman Capt. 1st Rank Vyacheslav Trukhachyov told Interfax-AVN.
"Sukhoi Su-30SM multirole fighters and Su-24M fighters-bombers amounting to over 20 planes are involved in the exercise," he said.
The crews of warplanes will drill redeployment to operational airfields, will perform bombings at the training ranges of the Black Sea Fleet and the Krasnodar Territory and will carry out live fire drills with guided and non-guided missiles on aerial, coastal and water surface targets during the tactical flight exercise, Trukhachyov said.
