MOSCOW. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Rosoboronexport (incorporated in Rostec) has started implementing a contract for the delivery of S-400 air defense missile systems to China, Rosoboronexport CEO Alexei Mikheyev said in an interview for Rossiya-24 (VGTRK).
"The S-400 system is definitely the global leader in its class. We have a contract signed with China, and we have started its implementation," Mikheyev said.
