KYIV. Aug 23 (Interfax) - The release of prisoners remains among the Trilateral Contact Group's priorities in Donbas, but this process is still blocked due to demands set forth by certain districts in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO), said Darka Olifer, a spokesperson of Ukrainian special envoy to the Contact Group Leonid Kuchma.
"Their [ORDLO] representatives want to have 42 people released, as the latter are not linked to the events in Donbas," Olifer wrote on Facebook on Wednesday evening following the Contact Group meeting in Minsk.
