U.S. push for regress in relations with Moscow destabilizes world order - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - The U.S. push for regress in relations with Russia is impacting the world order as a whole, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a press briefing on Friday.

"By doing so [searching Russian diplomatic facilities in the United States], the U.S. is destabilizing both Russia-U.S. diplomatic relations and the world order," Zakharova said.

Washington "is pushing for a new tone of relations with Moscow," Zakharova said. "They are pushing for regress, the end of cooperation, including contacts between our peoples," she said.
