MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - Not a single instance of toxic agents use by Syrian government forces has been recorded, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Department Mikhail Ulyanov said at a press conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
"Western countries' public opinion believes that Syria has violated something. But in actual fact, not a single violation has been registered in Syria," he said.
"No one has ever found any toxic agents there," the diplomat said.
