MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has referred a question about negotiations with Kyrgyzstan on the deployment of a second Russian military base in Kyrgyzstan to the foreign and defense ministries.
"I'd redirect that question to the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Monday when asked what he knew about those talks and who initiated them.
