Ryabkov accuses U.S. of violating "spirit and letter" of JCPOA

MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - The United States has violated the spirit and the letter of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), while Iran has been fulfilling the conditions of this agreement completely, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran has been honoring its commitments as part of the JCPOA in the most responsible and complete way. We have been doing the same, which cannot be said of U.S. colleagues, who have violated, in our opinion, not only the spirit but also the letter of the JCPOA by taking certain steps," Ryabkov told reporters.
