MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - Public threats of Pyongyang's possible use of nuclear weapons against the United States are extremely dangerous, State Duma Foreign Affairs Committee head Leonid Slutsky said.
"The rhetoric of the North Korean deputy permanent representative to the UN is definitely harsh. It is an explosive statement that in no way contributes to easing tension over the DPRK nuclear program and in the Korean Peninsula," Slutsky told reporters on Tuesday.
