MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - Moscow has reported a deterioration of the situation on the Korean Peninsula due to joint drills currently being carried out by South Korea and the United States, the Russian Foreign Ministry's Situation Crisis Center Department (DSKTs) said on Tuesday.
"Aggravation of the situation in the region on October 16-26, when the Republic of Korea and the U.S. are holding joint naval maneuvers," the DSKTs wrote on Twitter.
