Kremlin sees publishing of Russian companies' blacklist in U.S. as hostile move

MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax) - Moscow is worried about the publishing of a blacklist of Russian companies in the United States and sees it as an echo of earlier hostile moves against Russia, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.

"We cannot say so far that the United States has approved [the blacklist]. There is a press report saying that a certain list been coordinated with somebody, it has been published, and the coordination process goes on," Peskov said.

"We are concerned about this report. Yet I think we should study the decision when and if it is formalized before we make any assessments," he said.

"Anyway, this is an echo of the earlier hostile manifestations or, to be more exact, hostile moves against our country, so we obviously keep a wary eye on the case," Peskov said.
