MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Moscow and Cairo are conducting technical consultations on the issue of supply to Egypt of deck-based helicopters for the Mistral-class helicopter carriers, Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheyev said.
The contract has not been signed yet, he said.
"Negotiations have not led to the signing of contracts yet, technical consultations are in progress," Mikheyev said in an interview with Rossiya-24 television (VGTRK).
