KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The Minsk Agreements on Donbas are not working, and consequently it is necessary to adopt new accords aimed at settling the situation in Donbas, Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.
"In my opinion, the Minsk Agreements are dead, and there is no need to say more in this regard. To give them credit, the Minsk Agreements were needed as a ceasefire mechanism," Avakov said in Kyiv on Tuesday.
