MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - North Korea, if it really launched a ballistic missile, is testing the patience of the international community, and it is unacceptable to make the situation that tense, Federation Council defense and security committee deputy head Frants Klintsevich said.
"North Korea is again staging a provocation and testing the patience of the international community. Indeed, there too much tension there. I think that such actions in current conditions are counterproductive. They may have a serious influence on many processes in North Korea," Klintsevich told Interfax on Tuesday.
"One cannot make the situation that tense. There is no such need at the moment," he said.
