KYIV. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The Trilateral Contact Group held a meeting with participation of Luhansk and Donetsk negotiators in Minsk on Wednesday and the sides confirmed their willingness to perform the exchange of detainees based on the finally approved lists.
"The Trilateral Contact Group with participation of the representatives of the CADLR [Certain Areas of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions] has certified the readiness of the parties to perform the exchange of the detained persons based on the already approved lists and to promptly agree on the exchange's procedure and date, based on the aspiration to complete the exchange before the New Year and Christmas holidays," Darka Olifer, press secretary of Ukraine's second president and representative to the Group Leonid Kuchma, said on her Facebook page on Wednesday evening.
