NEW YORK. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, has accused the anti-ISIL coalition led by the United States of attempts to "dismember" Syria.
"We are receiving news that the coalition is directly involved in the creation of some local authorities in the areas freed from ISIL [banned in Russia] participation, with which they are discussing economic reconstruction measures," Nebenzya said in the UN Security Council on Wednesday.
"What the coalition is doing are the real steps to dismember the country," he said.
