LUHANSK. Dec 5 (Interfax) - The humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine has begun a meeting in Minsk, the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) negotiator Vladislav Deinego said.
"The humanitarian subgroup has begun its work," the Luhansk information center quoted Deinego as saying.
The sides will discuss the date of the prisoner swap between the self-proclaimed republics and Kyiv.
Deinego said earlier that the security subgroup was also meeting in Minsk.
