LUHANSK. Dec 12 (Interfax) - Members of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine (TCG) have begun a video conference on the exchange of prisoners-of-war between Ukraine and the militias of the self-proclaimed republics, Olga Kobtseva, a representative of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), said on Tuesday.
"The video conference of the humanitarian subgroup has begun," Kobtseva said, according to the Luhansk information center.
