MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - A decision on partial lifting of the arms embargo from Libya cannot be made quickly, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said.
"Timeframes are not set for such issues. Depending on the development of the situation," Gatilov told reporters on Wednesday, responding to a question about the possible timeframe for a decision on the lifting of the arms embargo.
This process is "not speedy," he said.
