MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - Fayez al-Sarraj, prime minister of the Libyan Government of National Accord (GNA), may visit Moscow for negotiations with the country's administration, Mohammed Sayala, foreign minister of the Libyan GNA, said.
"Moscow always plays a positive role in the [intra-Libyan settlement] process. Mr Sarraj may visit it and talk to the prime minister and [Russian Foreign] Minister [Sergei] Lavrov," Sayala said at the Valdai Discussion Club.
