MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - The United States has been exhibiting the total disrespect for international legal norms by keeping its military presence in Syria, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told reporters on Wednesday.
"This [the U.S. military presence in Syria] demonstrates the general disrespect, which is so characteristic of Washington, specially the present-day Washington, for norms and requirements of the international law. This is strictly opposite to the course of action unwaveringly maintained by Russia," Ryabkov said.
