MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax-AVN) - A unit armed with the S-400 Triumf long-range surface-to-air missile (SAM) system has been deployed on a trial basis to patrol the aerial borders over St. Petersburg, Western Military District spokesman Col. Igor Muginov told Interfax on Wednesday.
"In the trial deployment zone, S-400 SAM crews will execute a number of training tasks, including electronic missile launches," Muginov said.
