Ukrainian delegation to JCCC to withdraw its observers from DPR, LPR - Ukrainian General Staff

KYIV. Dec 18 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian delegation to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) will continue its activities in the JCCC, but will withdraw its representatives from the Donbas territories beyond Kyiv's control, Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff spokesperson Yuzef Venskovych said.

"The Ukrainian delegation to the JCCC will continue its work as usual. [...] At the same time, the Russian delegation [...] is fully responsible for the development of a dangerous situation and its withdrawal from the JCCC threatens security of observers, which are currently present in the temporarily occupied territories," Venskovych told the 112.Ukraine TV channel on Monday.

"Therefore, the Ukrainian side will be forced to withdraw its observers from the temporary occupied territories to territories controlled by Ukraine," he said.
