MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - Special services of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries have dismantled 11 channels used to transport newly recruited members to terrorist organizations active in Syria, Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov said.
"Eleven channels used to transport recruits to areas of fighting in the Syrian Arab Republic were identified and shut down through joint efforts," Bortnikov said at a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services on Tuesday.
