Kyiv refuses to work with DPR reps at JCCC - Donetsk

DONETSK. Dec 19 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian side refuses to work with representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC), Eduard Basurin of the DPR Defense Ministry said at a press briefing on Tuesday.

"Having created unbearable conditions for Russian officers at the JCCC and also doing everything possible to hamper the fulfillment of their duties to monitor the ceasefire, Ukraine has created conditions for a provocation. Ukraine refuses to work with our republic's representatives at the JCCC," he said.

Russian officers assigned to the JCCC concluded their mission on December 19 and are planning to leave Ukraine.
