MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - The number of terrorist crimes in Russia has dropped significantly in recent years, with 23 terror plots foiled this year alone, Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov said.
"As the result of measures taken over the past six years, the number of terrorist crimes in Russia has dropped practically to a tenth. Twenty-three attacks were prevented in 2017," Bortnikov said in an interview published in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper on Tuesday.
