ASTANA. Dec 21 (Interfax) - United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura will join the negotiations on de-escalating the Syrian conflict in the Kazakh capital Astana on December 22, Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Anuar Zhainakov said.
"De Mistura will arrive in Astana tomorrow morning. He is expected to hold meetings in Moscow today," Zhainakov said.
