MOSCOW. Dec 21 (Interfax) - Moscow hopes that the lists of participants in the Syrian national dialogue congress will be agreed on in Astana on Friday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday.
"The question - literally just as the presidents (of Russia, Iran and Turkey) agreed in Sochi on November 22 - of which exactly organizations and individuals would be invited to this congress, must be considered in Astana tomorrow," Lavrov said after he and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu met with the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.
"The Sochi document of the presidents of Russia, Turkey and Iran agrees that the three countries are to approve the guest lists," Lavrov said.
