MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - Making any changes to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Iran's nuclear program, as demanded by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, is neither acceptable nor possible, Alexei Karpov, Russia's deputy permanent representative to Vienna-based international organizations, told Interfax on Saturday.
"As for the conditions put forward [by Trump], I think this is hardly feasible," Karpov said, noting that the JCPOA "very clearly takes account of the balance of parties' interests and obligations as they proceed with their implementation."
"Making any changes to this plan is simply unacceptable and counterproductive and impossible," Karpov said.
