MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - U.S. President Donald Trump's statements on the Iran nuclear deal aim to thwart this agreement, Russian Foreign Minister said on Monday.
"The latest statements, which aim to thwart the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program, have not added optimism and stability," Lavrov told a press conference, which summed up results of last year.
"Regretfully, our U.S. colleagues stick to diktat and ultimatums as a way of doing business, they do not want to listen to the opinion of other centers of global politics and, by doing so, refuse to accept the reality of the forming polycentric world order," Lavrov said, adding that the United States was mostly using "doubtful and unscrupulous methods."
