MOSCOW. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he had had a phone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir.
At the beginning of his meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari, Lavrov said he had just had a conversation with Adel Al-Jubeir and that was the reason why the negotiations were beginning later than planned.
"I was held up because I have just had a conversation with our colleague from Saudi Arabia," the minister said.
