KYIV. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine (TCG) has begun a meeting in Minsk.
"A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group has begun in Minsk," Darka Olifer, the press secretary of the second Ukrainian President and representative to the TCG, Leonid Kuchma, wrote on Facebook.
