Russia curbs activities of nearly 400 foreign services' agents in 2017 - Putin

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Russian counterintelligence services curbed activities of several hundreds of agents of foreign special services in 2017, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Activities of 72 career officers and 397 agents of foreign special services were curbed last year alone," Putin said at a Federal Security Service (FSB) board meeting on Monday.
