HMEIMIM (Syria). March 15 (Interfax) - A total of 131 persons, including 53 children, left Eastern Ghouta during the 16th humanitarian pause, the head of the Russian center for reconciliation of opposing sides in Syria, Maj. Gen. Yury Yevtushenko, said on Wednesday evening.
"The 16th humanitarian pause was in place from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. under the supervision of Russia's reconciliation center. [...] The exit of a large group of civilians, 148 people, was arranged yesterday. A total of 131 people more, including 53 children existed [the area], today," Yevtushenko said.
