Russian state armaments program through 2027 to be modified in line with president's instructions - Shoigu

MOSCOW. March 20 (Interfax) - Changes will be made to Russia's state armaments program through 2027 and the Defense Ministry's plan of action through 2020 in line with the tasks set by the Russian president in his annual address to the Federal Assembly, Russian Defense Minister Gen. of the Army Sergei Shoigu said.

"Appropriate adjustments will be made to the Defense Ministry's plan of action through 2020 and the state armaments program for 2018-2027 in order to ensure the unconditional implementation of the instructions issued by the president," Shoigu said during a conference call on Tuesday.
