Putin hopes int'l relations become constructive, stable

MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has remarked that the situation in the world is increasingly chaotic and expressed hope that common sense will prevail.

"Indeed, the current state of the world is a cause for concern. The world situation is becoming increasingly chaotic," Putin said at a ceremony in which ambassadors of foreign states presented their credentials.

"Still, we are hoping that common sense will eventually prevail, that international relations will be put on a constructive track, and that the entire global system will become more stable and predictable," Putin said.
