MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - More than 59,000 civilians have returned to areas of Eastern Ghouta that have been liberated from militants, a representative of the Russian Defense Ministry told Interfax.
"Over the past 24 hours, 3,741 civilians have returned to Eastern Ghouta, including 450 to Douma. The total number of people who have returned home in Eastern Ghouta is 59,003, including 860 in Douma," the representative said.
