MOSCOW. April 20 (Interfax) - Moscow is holding negotiations with militants in Syria's Douma to enable experts from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) to enter the area where the chemical incident supposedly occurred, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov said.
Asked by Interfax whether Moscow is holding such negotiations, Bogdanov told journalists, "Definitely."
