MOSCOW. April 20 (Interfax) - The United Nations expects that the Fact-Finding Mission of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) will arrive in Syria's Douma as soon as possible and stands ready to facilitate this, UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura said.
Speaking before negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Friday, de Mistura said the suspected chemical attack in Douma has been and remains to be a very serious matter, and therefore the UN is eager to speed up the OPCW experts' visit there to look into the matter.
De Mistura said he hoped this would happen as soon as possible.
