YEREVAN. April 24 (Interfax) - Armenian opposition leader and parliamentarian Nikol Pashinyan is not against the Russian military base's presence in Armenia.
"We don't have problems with the Russian base. You know how bad our relations with Turkey are. The base protects this part of the border, and our country needs it. Armenia does not currently have an adequate army for defending all its borders. This is the political reality," Pashinyan said.
