MINSK. April 27 (Interfax) - The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine (TCG) will set parameters for the next Donbas prisoner swap at the May 4 meeting in Minsk, an informed source told Interfax on Friday.
"The exchange date and formula will be set at the Contact Group's meeting in Minsk on May 4. The technicalities are not yet known. The sides are preparing their proposals," the source said.
"It would not be an all-for-all exchange," the source said.
"Once again, the exchange will be based on lists [of captives]. The Contact Group will specify the exact number of people to be exchanged by each side, and the relevant subgroup will prepare the lists," the source said.
Russian representative to the TCG Boris Gryzlov said earlier on Friday that a prisoner swap may take place soon.
