DONETSK. May 21 (Interfax) - Officials from the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) and the DPR Emergency Situations Ministry have come under fire in Horlivka, a representative of the DPR at the JCCC told reporters.
"A group of observers from the JCCC's Horlivka group and officials from the DPR Emergency Situations Ministry went to the Gagarin Mine settlement in Horlivka to record the consequences of a morning attack carried out by Ukrainian forces. At 1:35 p.m., the Ukrainian troops opened fire on Horlivka again; the JCCC and DPR Emergency Situations Ministry officials came under fire," the representative said.
