France to invest 50 mln euro in resolving Syria's humanitarian crisis - Macron

STRELNA, St. Petersburg. May 25 (Interfax) - France will send 50 million euro to provide humanitarian assistance in Syria, French President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday.

"I decided a few weeks ago, at the end of April, to give a new impetus and invest 50 million euro in the humanitarian effort in Syria," Macron told a press conference after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
