QINGDAO, China. June 9 (Interfax) - It is necessary to agree not only on North Korea's denuclearization, but also on the establishment of peace and stability in all of Northeast Asia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"At the final stage, it is necessary to agree not only on peace on the Korean Peninsula, its denuclearization, but also on establishing a system of peace and stability in the whole of Northeast Asia, which is exactly what the current participants, both Koreas and the United States, have announced," Lavrov told reporters on Friday.
